Why people are forgetting that WiiU is out for over a year now, whereas PS4 and XB1 are out just for 3 weeks. How exactly their sales figures and trends are supposed to match?
I am actually waiting for GTA5 and TLOU on PS4 (with updated graphics taking advantage of next-gen power). Tomb Raider would be awesome as well.

This joke is so worn out that now if valve announces real HL3, I'd still be doubtful whether valve is trolling. I am not going to believe HL3 until I touch the game case with my own hands.
@Atreyu Pry tell how do you get windows for a custom-built PC without buying one? The only options I can think of are
1- Piracy - seriously? Thats just lame. Morality aside for a moment, are you ready to face consequences over just $100?
2- Getting one from your university, office etc. - which is not the case for everyone. Even of you find a good deal for say, $50, you'd still need to add it to $570 hardware cost.

That should bring your total to $700. And, given specs, it is a modest gaming rig for today's games. Not towards higher-end. 4GB RAM itself will be a HUGE performance bottleneck as of TODAY.
Also, how long you believe this rig can continue to support games coming out in the future? 2 years, 3 years from now? I bet some key components (GPU/RAM/Processor/PSu) will get out-powered within 2year...
True that. I went to almost every store in the city for PS4. We could see some XBones, but PS4s were nowhere to be seen.
That could be because PS4 and XB1 (the most talked, most advertised consoles today) are nowhere to be found on or off the shelf. I bet if in a hypothetical scenario where there were virtually infinite numbers of XB1 and PS4s available in store, you'd see much higher PS4 and XB1 sales figures (not as high as tablets though, because tablet is not bought with primary intention of gaming. This is apples to oranges comparison).

Can you please give me a $150 PC which can play GTA4 (not 5), Far cry 3, Assassin's creed 4 etc. as smoothly? Because my PS3 can play all these multiplat games and it cost me just $250 when I bought it. (for the sake of conversation, I am not going into exclusives. We can respectfully disagree over which exclusive is better than other.)
This can buy 32.5 PS4s (or 26 XBones) and still can't play Uncharted or GTA5.

Lol....exactly my thought. This is nothing new, Sony has already done this "nostalgia rules" ad campaign, and they have done it VERY well.
