Noone will risk writing games for this because few few people will have the camera and will therefore be able to buy the game.
Unless peripherals like this are bundled with the system (like the wiimote is) they dont stand a chance.
One major difference is that the EInk displays take no power unless the display changes. In certain applications this would improve battery life considerably.
You would be mad to pay over £30 for a hdmi cable these days!
Its not a video game - it is actually a board game. If you bothered to read just above the video you would see it says new halo board game.
I guess that the video was was all taken from the dvd that comes with it.
This annoys me as I own an SD TV. I am basically having to put up with poor draw distances and pop ups just so that some minority of gamers can run it in HDef.

A lot of people in this thread have correctly pointed out that the games today look far better in HD than SD. However, this is just because the game is designed to work at HD. SD is just the same game but with less detail shown, so it is bound to look worse than the HD version. In SD there is a lot of unused or wasted CPU time.

The bandwidth is obviously ready - we can stream hd movies right now. Its just a matter of latency and lag - if I press a butotn on my controller, how quickly will my character respond.
I think we are still a few years off this hapenning, but I am sure it will happen eventually.
Also, I wonder what the pricing structure ends up being - I bet its quite expensive for the first hour with a reduction per hour thereafter until the price of a normal game has been rec...
