Ok we all remember that in November 2009 1 Million xbox 360s were banned off of XBox Live for being modded right? Indeed the DEV says it is being pushed out at 720p but if the images are not 720p then its alas sub HD. Which given the fact that they state the XBOX OS does the rest its a given its really upscaled.

I pushed a low rez movie out on 720p as well on my HDTV from my computer guess what the movie was in fact 538p. You know that you can push anything to be displayed at 720p at 16:9. ...

but the graphics are indeed sub HD. The menu is 720p though. Game and lighting are fun this should be a game a true gamer plays and experiences. Rental at best though sorry wish I could say better things.
