The low score wasn’t actually addressed in the review, but what was even more bizarre is saying you were overcome with joy at some of the lines and writing that reminded you of a series you like, Kingdom Hearts but somehow that results in loss of points? Also isn’t the “story” difficulty in games usually for making the combat so simple as to just focus on the story? Was it due to the difficulty being way harder than Nioh, which you brought up but didn’t actually compare gameplay systems to? T...

There's already so many healing items thrown at you I sort of wish they'd add a Hard mode unlocked from the get go... unlike the Nightmare difficulty you get from having to beat the game.
Decided to try this out, and the first or second round one of the enemies was prone behind a crate. Normally that would be mildly annoying, but the colour palate of the game made him so hard to see. I’m not sure if it’s just washed out or too focused on being “brown and grey” but it really needs work. Combined with the muzzle flash and it’s kind of infuriating.
I’m looking forward to Chernobylite and FIST which come out the 7th, and Lost in Random and Deathloop right after.
I assume the license expiry is due to Netflix wanting to venture into the gaming market, so maybe they didn’t want to renew so they retain the properties rather than license them out.
Loved both Dishored and Prey, so this is a day 1 buy for me. I’ve been trying to avoid watching much of it, just saw some tiny bit of gameplay and that was enough to get me excited.
Been enjoying my time with the new content, but man it’s weird to come back to a game and relearn the controls. First thing I did was accidentally slash my horse thinking mount was triangle like AC Valhalla.
I was thinking this too and found that you have to enable it in the settings. It’s called something like “Gear Loadouts” and I had to turn it on, by default it was off on my PS5 version.
