You changed the look of your car to make it perform or look more to your taste and didn't break any terms of service or copyright laws, but what this guy has done is give the means and tools to anyone who intends on doing malicious actions through the console, like piracy, hacking online games, steal account information and other things, while he is just laughing and claiming that he did it for homebrew.
I think the problem has to do with responsibility. He speaks of freedom to do whatever you want with your device and stuff like that, but the truth is that the consequences of his actions could be atrocious for the console and his consumers. Yesterday when I got into the game the pvp server "No mans land" was medium full, but at around 8 pm that thing was Highly populated. A lot of battles and people desperate to level up. The amount of people took a toll on the server and it started acting up. It was fun, but maybe they shoul reduce the amount of people that get into one server so people spread out more, or maybe make you able to move your character between servers, because as it is everyone and their mother is trying ...
It's a lot of fun, and it's more action oriented than your regular MMO. A lot of missions and stuff to do.
Yeah! Just look at how much world of warcraft has grown and expanded. If it wasn't for the support and the fee there's no way they could have made it this far. MMo are a very different monster than regular games, that is what a lot of people can't understand.

Yeah I know what you mean, but I couldn't stand playing the PVE servers after playing on the PVP, it's a lot more dangerous and action filled, I remember the last day of the Beta there was gang wars going on outside the Chinatown station, and they were epic!
