I do agree with you but the ratchet example is stupid. thats a multiplatform franchise(owned by sony tho.)! Each ratchet and clank game is exclusive to one console (except size matters)
PS2 - R&C, 2, 3, deadlocked/gladiator, size matters
PSP - Size matters, Secret agent clank
PS3 - Tools of destruction, QfB
I cant really think of a proper example, but lets just say; if sony owned an OS, they would port their games on that....

I agree that PS3 had the best exclusives but disagree that fallout3 should get GOTY, imo MGS4 sould.
it dosent need to be revoloutionary or anything. it just has to give you pure bliss every second of gaming.
MGS4 was the best 17 hours of gaming ive had so far. from the beggining to the end th stortline, the gameplay, the music, the awesomeness of raiden, piloting rex, seeing mantis again, the shock epilouge. meh. thats my opionion.
#1- sales =/= quality. as the guy above said.
#2- x360 is owned by a lot more consoles. and has a higher attach rate (if i remember correctly)
people have diffrent tastes, thats why they buy diffrent consoles. i like the Ps3 lineup better, as traveller likes the 360 lineup better.

OMG, sony must be wrong about my PS3 having a bluray player!!!! and that display probably isnt 1080p! online actually COSTS!
Oh and (in New zealand at least) LBP is bundled with every PS3 (even ps3's already in a bundle- mgs4 etc..) NZ is in euro region.. which probably means everyone who got a Ps3 in euro region got LBP.. so there would not be a need to buy the game twice... so... mabye thats why? because most...

bluray is getting adopted faster than dvd.
and people starting to buy hdtvs. and SD resoloution looks very blurry on HDTV (obiously) so i would think they would spend more money on a crystal clear copy of the movie, than a blurry version. (well, SD resoloutions are bluurry for my, when compared to the Ps3 (1080p)
