There is no market for the Xbox One in the markets it hasn't launched in. The PS4 vs Xbox One ratio is 4.4:1 or higher in favor of PS4 in the last 6 months in the EU countries they are both currently launched in. Some regions sell software at 10:1 in favor of PS4 (like Fifa 15 for example).
They got outsold basically 2:1 in October NPD when they were both $399 when FH2 and SSOD just released. That says alot.
If the prices goes back up the Xbox One is toast.
2011- 23 days
2014- 3 days and XBL was down too.
I'm struggling to see the relation.
The only people still talking about PSN getting hacked in 2011 is Xbox fanboys.
It has zero aliasing, it's actually quite disturbing.

Why It's Perfectly Fine If Microsoft Has Lost Money On Xbox One
IMO, the chance of it going back to $399, is ZERO. Things did not go as well as expected for them in October when they were both $399, coming off of 2 highly rated exclusives. It was pretty much 2:1.
ZERO chance, if they want to try to maintain momentum.
This should be interesting. I don't think the price will go back up, but they could try removing or changing the games though.
No. Microsoft chose to region lock it.
"The news of the Xbox One launch price last week was met with a surprising level of positivity from China’s gamer community. The reason, in part, was that although Microsoft hadn’t announced anything, some e-commerce sites were advertising the system would not be region locked. But those ads have since been revised, and Microsoft China VP Xie Enwei made it very clear that the console and its games will be totally region locked."...

Driveclub's launch in the US was bad. It was broken, it deserved it.

Actually, Deep Down's microtransaction don't sound bad, It seems it's just cosmetic stuff for your apartment. If that's all it is, I definitely can live with that.

That said SF5 being F2P is a dumb idea, it wouldn't be like Deep Down
"These are both great systems; each have their own set of flaws, and people love them for different reasons. But when it comes down to it, the PS4 takes the crown for 2014. Of course, in 12 months, it has to defend its title."
I agree. The PS4 had more games overall. The Xbox One had a couple more exclusives titles (like Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2), but no one really bought them, played them and obviously didn't find them intriguing enough to purchase....
Yes, it's right around the corner and if people like this don't stop hyping it up, Xbox fans are never going to hear the end of it.
Redgamingtech knows what they're talking about.
Stop.

"But if you’re more interested in gaming action than filming it, you’re not alone. Both Microsoft’s Xbox One and Sony’s PlayStation 4 cracked the top 10 list for most searched-for gadgets of the year, coming in at numbers 7 and 9, respectively. What’s odd is that, for the vast majority of the year, the PS4 led the Xbox One in terms of sales."
