are there MS/SONY/NINTENDO keynotes? If so, which day are they? I don't think Sony or MS will announce that many things at a developers conference. The E3 would be a far better place to do so.
I always wonder how cheap the 360 must be in production. Still Germany is pretty much Sony land so they try to convince every possible buyer.
played it today and I have to agree. The gameplay is simply boring. You are always behind a wall and only have to shoot the coming enemies. I had high hopes for it :(
depends on your skills. You could convince him not to rebel, so you (or your partner) had not to shoot him
looks like it's time for me to buy a Ps3. It's not like I don't have money but somehow the price turned me of (I know there is no real reason because the value is great). Now with a 100€ price drop I'm definitely going to buy one :)

I hope this one is really worth the money and can bring me back to the game. The atmosphere was almost perfect in the game and that's why I really could put myself into Albion (+ I liked the story), but I heard from a lot of people that the first DLC wasn't worth the money.
BTW: Did the story about Fable 3 get approved? (Not announced yet, but Jonathan Ross said he will work as a voice actor in fable 3)
come on this is ridiculous. How many people are playing violent videogames? They won't go to school with a gun and kill everyone because of it. We talked about today what happened (I'm living in Munich) and everyone agreed that the media is always trying to panic the people. It's not possible to prevent it even with police at the entrance, or anything else. Nor will it help if you install cameras. Those people are psychopaths and videogames definitively didn't influence them in their behavior...
somehow I'm scared it won't end up as good as everyone is hyping it. Seriously Cod4 was a masterpiece and that's why it'll be very hard to get Cod6 to the same level as Cod4, especially in such a short time frame. Also I hope they really improve the engine. All in all IW has a very hard legacy but I have faith for the game :)

seems like I'm the only one really enjoying the game. My buddy got a Ps3 version so we played it the last days up to chapter 5 (out of 6). I can't really tell a difference between them (played the 360 demo on my console), the only thing that really sucks is the splitscreen. The game is much more fun with a friend but the screen is smaller and displaced (although the 360 Jap Demo had a "normal" splitscreen. Searching through the forums it seems that the 360 retail one is fuc*ed up to...

wtf? you know that FRD just had a few RARE devs (+ the two brothers). Everyone else stayed at RARE. I don't know why everyone thinks all the old devs left RARE.

Did anyone play the game? I love it, and it's probably because it's so simple. I'm not that much of a RTS fan but I got it for a fair price (55€), and ended up loving it.
I think a lot of people (not the regular gamers) think the RTS genre is far to complex. Ensemble made it simple and with the Halo name, it could actually sell to a big audience.
We'll see how it ends up
