Windows Mobile has had a user-friendly interfaces for years before Apple dolled up and ridiculously overpriced a mediocre phone. Apple made sure they had the hottest fashion statement before they had an even fair smart phone.

Smoke and mirrors man, dolled up touch screen and interface clouding below average hardware and gimped firmware that took years to catch up with the launch hype. Not worth it then, now, or ever.

There are far superior and more affordable alter...

Well, I was being generous in the title. I should just have said they suck. Just like the T-Mobile G1.

I've owned back to back HTC phones for about 10 years and I keep hearing friends and colleagues recommending Sony Ericsson over HTC.

While this phone does look very appealing, (8MP camera=w00t) I am still apprehensive. Are there any other previous HTC owners that jumped boat to Sonny Ericsson or vice versa? What say you?

Everybody seems in love with LittleBigPlanet, but when it comes to GOTY it fails to make the grade.

Isn't it time to all agree that LBP is not that great of a game? The controls are horrible, you know this to be true and even the devs have said that they are not completely happy with them.

LBP has 'earned' a pass from almost everybody for the potential it seemingly has, even though it has yet to realize it. All the functionality of the game has not been activated...

Grand Theft Auto IV did not win any awards this time. Who honesty thinks GTA IV is game of the year material? Damn SPIKE awards...

If it is even mentioned in tomorrow's Game of the Year and Developer's Choice awards I will lose all confidence in the human race...

What are your predictions?

Does it qualify as an MMO?

You play someone living in a virtual world (game server?), roaming the world looking for new trailers and spaces (exploring?), getting unlockables in the arcade minigames (loot? xp?), meeting old and new friends (parties? LFG?), and launching PS3 game sessions (raids?).

Hmmm, when I put it that way...

Did you read the article Spike? I recommend it.

...until my mommy lets me play this game. Sounds awesome!

Most of us tend to forget the commitment and dedication needed for such a task. And to be willing to give to charity on top of that? Marvelous.

I quit my job and was unemployed for a month. I was happy as a clam though, as it meant one month of playing FF XI non-stop.

Needless to say, I don't play FF XI anymore.

Here I am waiting for native PS3 Netflix support, but I am patient. Patience is a virtue most of us PS3 owners had to embrace; lest we become bitter, rabid fanboys.
Not that there is anything wrong with being a fanboy...

Glad to read that the voice command was spot on, what kind of headset were you using during your preview?

If our assumptions are indeed correct, then I can't wait to get drunk and yelp "yellow submarine" into my PS3 mic.

Most Americans are currently in debt, I don't think they consider themselves "winners".

A game does not have be necessarily "good" to be addicting. Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire for the PS3 has a Metacritic score of 33, and I really didn't like it that much. But I could not get enough of it, even after I completed the story mode...twice. I even returned it...only to get it again later to play the crap out of it as the Zeon Forces.

I gave no opinion about the R2 beta, only about betas in general as of late. I have yet to play the R2 beta, that is why yo...

For all of you defending the beta bugs, for all of you saying the final build will be bug free because of the beta and our efforts; I would like to present the following:

Exhibit A: Socom Confrontation.
Exhibit B: Little Big Planet

Wake up people, these are not really betas. These are glorified online demos marketed as betas with so called "limited" access to build hype and a false sense of exclusivity for the average consumer. It's like that free firs...

I'm jealous.
I have an e-mail address, I can answer questions, I like free games...
Why not me?

I welcome new control schemes, and judging by the immersion voice control gave me in the SOCOM games, I am eager to give Endwar a try.
Does anyone remember Lifeline for the PS2? It was entirely controlled via USB mic) but I forgot to pick it up... Anyone played it? Did the voice control setup work well?

I think you are right on the money Kawaii. Compare footage from Okami when Clover was going for a realistic look versus the finished product. No contest.

There is room in games for art and artistic vision. I hope more developers use it wisely.

Are you telling me that this game is coming out for the 360 AND getting exclusive DLC!? No wai.

I jest, of course.
