How is the matchmaking happening? Region based?

I know a couple of facts for sure:
I paid 45€ for a year of Playstation Plus, got 3 months extra for free at that time of the special offer.
In these months since August I kept on downloading free games for my PS Vita, PS3 and now also PS4 since December.
The games I've been downloading for free were mostly available on PSN for normal non PS+ users the month before it for prices around 29,99€ and 39,99€ even games for 45,99€ ...

Because the Xbox One isn't suffering already from enough bottlenecks which are hardware AND software related.
Over time the software and experience of the console will get better, but unless you're going to be overclocking once again you won't get any better "out of the box" performance than the Xbone already has.
In fact I'm pretty sure that mid 2014 we'll be meeting some "Hot Xbox" issu...

I remember Killzone 2 on the Playstation 3 was announced to use 70-75% of the amazing Cell processor's power.
When I saw Killzone 3 and especially The Last of Us this year I think Killzone 2 was even lower than that.
