Uh yea, and i sure hope everyone else would agree. Otherwise what in the **** did you buy a GAMING console for in the first place. If the resolution and framerate matter more to you than the game itself you should be playing on pc not consoles. A trash game with amazing graphics is still a trash game.
Because there are fanboys, plain and simple. The gaming landscape nowadays is overrun by people that would rather flame the other guy instead of allowing everyone to enjoy their favorite pastime. If your are that insecure with the console purchase you made you need to grow up a bit before you start putting people down and trying to push your point of view on them.

We'll find out in march, based on the gameplay footage it looks amazing. Some of my favorite mp games of all time had fewer than 12 players.
1. The ps4 doesnt come with the eye, don't know where he got that from.
2. The controller is pure preference, maybe to him the ds4 is better but i prefer the xb1 controller.
3. They're both GAMING consoles so this point is meaningless.
4. Mobile gaming is great if you're away from home a lot but that means your ps4 has to be on for it to work.
5. Again this is pure preference. There are exclusives on both that i like but my favorites are on xb.
We've already seen titanfall using the cloud to offload ai computing and sunset overdrive is an xb1 exclusive specifically because of cloud computing. So no its not hypocritical.
Sony says they're working on something and give no details on it and the fanboys declare it an automatic victory when they were condemning the same features on xb1.
A back catalog of games is great but if you already have a ps to play em on it's not really spreading the b...
Ms and sony are using the cloud for 2 completely different purposes. The xb1 is using it to improve the performance of their system and the quality of their online service. Sony is using it for backwards compatability.
Personally i couldn't care less about backwards compatibility, if i wana play an old game i have i just fire that system up. I would much rather see cloud capabilities being used to improve the future of gaming content not the past.

Don't be suprised if this is only content that sony has produced. It will also likely carry an extra sub fee just like ps now likely will. I dont know about the rest of you but i'm not paying to play games i already own, i'll just turn on my old console thanks.

I wouldn't say it's insulting. It's not like people are expressing genuine concerns. They're just reacting to people trolling a game they've never played before. Not evey game is meant to have huge numbers of players at one time. The premise of the game is that the 12 players are titan pilots and the ai characters are grunts. It would'nt make sense for there to be 64 titan pilots runnin around on the map at once with no footsoldiers.

Fewer players promotes more player to player competition instead of a big mass of people running around with no skill involved.

Ps4 is obviously selling better right now but these consoles have only been out not even 2 months. Maybe when they announce the next gen it'll be time to declare a winner but that's a long way off.
Sounds fun, i hate how there are so few native co-op games coming out.
