I completely agree with a lot of this. It is a very odd marketing strategy though especially when you have these marquee titles that have a huge worldwide following that you would not even give those markets the opportunity to purchase a special or limited edition. There are many other publishers such as Ubisoft that does the same thing, Watch_Dogs DEDSEC Edition & AC Syndicate Big Ben Edition are just 2 that come to mind right away.
