Project Zero (Fatal Frame in other regions) for me... THAT really got under my skin.
Crash, Spyro, RE 2, excellent remakes. Though, I would LOVE for Soul Reaver to get some love next gen.
I heard that too! I heard quite a lot of the original files were either lost or not usable.
Personally, I would have used the gathering in Kalm as the cut off point. The first trip there, where they all digest what's happened, and what's about to happen. Very curious as to how they deal with the world map. FF VII was huge back in the day, but by today's standards, how do you justify leaving Midgar and bearing right to reach Kalm merely a few seconds later? I have faith, but the world map is what I'm most curious about.
Smashing news! Dot are great at what they do!
Gutted myself. Perhaps next E3 prior to launch of XS we'll see Fable as one of the games being made for the hardware, but damn... this would have been a golden moment. Guess I'll go back to holding my breath.
How is that spam? It's an opinion based on what we've seen year in, year out. Geez...
@sushimama
Agreed! I'm so burnt on the whole Gears/Forza/Halo rehash each year, it's just so... standard for MS. Halo is the only one I have a little bit of faith in, and I'm with you 110% on that score, some RPG elements and something older, anciently themed even.
@Sprinterboy
Yup! Precisely. If they're smart, they'll bash that out fast and get on with the show. IF they reveal new hardware, speak of it, and get a m...
Unpopular opinion, but Forza and Gears can get lost as far as I'm concerned. Halo, however, has a slither of my interest, and they need to use this space well to convert me into believing it's a series worth returning to.
Fable please...
For me, it's all about balance. The majority of my games are digital, however, I do occasionally pick up a hard copy for saving on cost. For instance, say I wanted to buy Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare; I have the choice between a £54.99 digital copy from the Microsoft Store, or, a pre-owned £4.95 hard copy from Ebay.
Bottom line? (again, my opinion) until the pricing makes sense, all-in digital is a no for me.
It really did! Hopefully word spreads of its accolades and next week sees it higher.
Monolith with that nemesis system would be interesting, but I agree with the general consensus, CD Red would do wonders. Personally though, if it ever happens, I would much rather they choose a different timeframe than that of the TV Show. There's so much lore to pick from.
@shaggy2303
Too true! How is MHW at the moment? I've not played that since three months post-launch!
I think it's found its dedicated base, but I would be surprised if it's anywhere near the numbers at launch 2018. That said, I do play this often, and since the update, there's a lot more engagement on that front. Will that keep up? Hell knows.
It's a bit hard for MS to lean on "choice matters" when said choices are so scattered. Surely this would have been better released alongside the core S? Such a confusing gen MS, I sure hope your next one is better...
CDPR by far seem the most fitting. Though, I wouldn't totally scoff at Monolith. They could put that nemesis system to great use.
I own this game too. Still have yet to make it out that mail box! lol
IKR!
Power to them, but hell, that's not something I will ever accomplish.
Good.
