Oh, a list that requires me to click next to see each item? Close.
Akrham City pretty much improved everything that was Asylum.
We've kind of seen what a Batman game w/o Rocksteady is, and it was kind of meh. While I enjoyed Origins enough, it didn't raise the stakes like Rocksteady has done with each one. I imagine anyone else doing the franchise will just use what Rocksteady has already built and release re-skinned versions from that point like the Assassin's Creed franchise has done.
Nobody because this game doesn't need to be made within a different medium.
Yea, if we got more games like The Last of Us I would buy them twice to encourage it.
If this gets more popular I think they should come up with an upgrade price though rather than full price. There are costs involved to enhance the game for the next gen system, but not the same amount that went into the original development.
Naughty Dog is making new games though. So...
Didn't they say they weren't releasing it on PS4? I mean, yea it's exciting if it's coming to PS4 but I really wish companies would stop saying a game won't come to the PS4 if it's in the works. I get that they want to keep selling last gen versions and saying anything about a port would potentially lose those sales, but c'mon don't outright lie to us. Dance around the issue, say you're not sure, but don't say it's not happening. It's dishon...
You're really going to need to give it time. There isn't much to draw from so I'm anticipating a lot of PSN games for at least the first year with maybe a sprinkling of higher profile games a few times.
It's cool that they're taking the criticism and trying to improve the game based on it.
Origins isn't bad at all, it's just not the leap that we got from Asylum to City. Asylum was awesome, City was even better and then Origins was just more of the same from City. There wasn't really any innovation, so it didn't have that WOW factor that people experienced before.
Knight seems like they're going to push for that wow factor again and out do the previous games again.
There will always be ways to play games. It might take time, but they will come again eventually. I don't have a SNES anymore, but I have lots of options to play SNES games if I want, even from my phone.
I would genuinely like to find a video of the transcribed text in this article because I can't seem to find it. The only clip I've found has a very brief mention of the game.
It comes with the territory with PS+. It's just something you have to acknowledge is a possibility. If you think a game is worth the money when you buy it you aren't really losing anything if it later shows up for free on PS+.
I don't look to PS+ to provide me games I was willing to pay for. For me it's been a great service to give games a shot that might have been low on my priority list to spend money on.
I also rent new games on Gamefl...
"I wanna feel like I have super powers. Not a guy going "pew pew pew" with fireballs and lightning pellets shooting out of his palm."
I know, right? I do that shit everyday in real life. Where are the superpowers already?!?!
Too scared to play Outlast? =)
Oh ok, that must be what I'm remembering.
Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but wasn't it also implied that Ellie wasn't the first person with the immunity and that they were basically doing trial and error on anyone they could find that was immune until they figured it out? That made complete sense to me. Usually scientists/doctors don't find a fix for things on the first try. They have to attempt it multiple times to learn.
An app isn't likely going to come with a firmware update. Firmware updates change the software of the actual PS4 OS. A YouTube app will come as an app, from the store, that you install as a separate piece of software.
Trophies already are stored online. There is an "offline" display of your trophies as well, but they have actually always been stored online.
Gaikai streaming is built into the PS4.
