Never found a mouse comfortable to use on my lap ;) besides even with that sort of approach, your hands have to be close together, if I'm paying for something that's supposed to imitate a keyboard and mouse setup I don't want my hands resting on my lap like that, just doesn't make it for a comfortable gaming experience.
Quite simply interesting idea, flawed execution.
Yes because I want to sit at a desk when I'm playing my PS3 on my 42" hdtv.
Interesting peripheral, but just useless imho.
Piss poor article that shouldn't have appeared on here.
This is effectively a dupe of an earlier "news" item which linked to Gamasutra via Kotaku ¬_¬
On the actual matter at hand, the interview, well that was quite a good read. None of that "OMG we have uber exclusive interview with XYZ" which barely spreads 2 small web pages.
The Gamasutra interview is well worth a read.
For the love of god just link Gamasutra, following 3 links ( I look at N4G via google rss reader ) just to get to the main article is bullshit.
As much as I look forward to LBP and wish Mm the best of luck with it, this is not video games news per se and therefore should seriously not be on this site.
And yes those jobs have been posted there for a very long time.
Just to let people in EU know that when Amazon ship these, on the box they put the "full" value of the goods onto the label, so even if you end up only paying $30 for the 2 blu-rays and shipping, they'll show the extra $20 which you did not pay.
I.e. You get the buy one get one free offer, you pay $30 for the whole thing, but when they ship it out to EU they add the value of the free blu-ray to the overall cost of the package. And BAM, you then pay import tax.
...
Well technically this article is news.
Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's no longer a new fact that's been brought to us.
The picture of the "USB cell" shows it being or regular USB size, so that it can plug into a pc/lappy/whatever.
Now, nowhere does it state you can change it into a USBmini adaptor (to plug into sixaxis) and if that's the case, I didn't see any AA bateries when I opened up my ps3 controler.
But these are nicely suited for the Wii remote, as that thing just eats bateries by the 8 hours.
And by the by, the story about these batteries is abo...
Hmm might add the slim to my collection now then :)
The ammount of these "articles" coming out each day just makes me care less and less about "educated" oppinions.
Let them cry us a river.
This site could be comedy gold... if it was actually funny ¬_¬
What is up all these crap comparisons being published by the big websites?
If you're gonna compare something side by side do it properly and not so that the position of the camera differs in the 2 shots.
And for a game like this the comparisons should really be done in HD and not something as low rez as the video above.
¬_¬
Well that what 8 odd seconds of my existance I'm never gettin' back.
Just why did this get approved?
I'm somewhat suprised it even came as far as lawsuits, I expected them to deal with this quietly amongst themselves.
But whatever the case, this is now almost appearing to work out as a publicity stunt ;\
I've actually met the 2 technical directors of Mm and although they may appear geeky they're actually rather cool people =]
Or is everyone simply jealous that the guy can actually afford all that ¬_¬?
That's true, but after over 18 months since the launch of the console?
That's a slow pace considering the overall initial life of xbox1 which is an indication of how long the 360 will be staying on M$'s Marketing Lips.
Good stuff :) as long as the developer gets some money from a decent game ;)
So they (Ripten) took the images used in the banner on Ninja Theory site and put their logo on it?
Scum.
