Whenever a Rep says they're product is better and doesn't list why exactly, it really makes me laugh inside. To tell you the truth, I'm not surprised at all. Seeing that Final Fantasy XII took about 3 years before released since it was announced (in Japan and then like six months later in Japan). Looking at Square's history, I have always been thinking that Japan will get the game, like the site says, early 2008 and will come about 1/2 a year later in North America.

Hey I love Xbox 360, but I too recently bought myself a new playstation 2... because my other two older systems have died on me... I was thinking of getting a PS3, but that costs $600 (Cdn after taxes) more, and Backwards compatibility is faulty with most of my favorite games. PS2 has a major arrey of games so im not surprised, and with its LOW LOW price point and availability everywhere, I'm not surprised.

I guess this is fairly good news for Microsoft eh? Europe doesn't have the PS3 till Spring(?) next year, and Square knows that. Yeah, i think Square is gonna slowly turn into a more multi-platform type company, with sony, microsoft and nintendo at a bidding war for some exclusives. And yea, with a 7million + head start on the competition, I would think Square would like to get some games on that market.
Im confused, is it just Europe whos receiving the delay cuz it does say "will now be released in Europe on December 1." ... will this affect North American gamers?
Yeah its always been multi =D Also what happened to it? the first trailer took place in Space on a ship and look totally Sci-fi, now this looks more down to earth almost like the main character is possessed or something. I like it but I wonder how much they changed.
Seriously, Ninja Gaiden is Tecmo not Namco, NHL & NBA 2k7 is not take two its 2k games, Oblivion is developed by Bethesda and published by 2k... i guess i'm the only one who noticed this =P
Those are pretty good lineups, the only thing for the ps3 that may hurt it is the fact there is only 7 of those games that are exclusives. Also i heard Ninja Gaiden is coming out early next year, and Fight night is in December now.

Now that Bleach has been licensed I seriously hope Sega brings this to North America! Since Bleach is my 2nd favorite anime (school rumble being first ;)) This would be the only reason I need to buy a Wii
I personally dont care if you surpass what xbox 360 shipped, its what M$ and Sony are shipping in November! Microsoft will be surprassing the ps3 greatly this holiday, thats what they should be looking at.

I agree with you Mikey, these just don't look 'next-gen' at all... looks like an original Xbox title... I wasn't planning on getting it when it was announced, now i KNOW i wont get it.
Personally i don't really care that much for Full Auto, it felt like a racing twisted metal (and really i didnt like twisted). I like how Sega is going multi-platform and i think most companies should do that, but I ain't buying FA2 anyways, so... Meh ^_^

My goodness, does Sony not have a good compression tool? But that is massive, I wonder if its all necessary, but yea, high def CG videos would probably take up alot but its strange to see a FPS with so much data on one game.
But bigger sometimes doesnt mean better, like said could be compression issues, or many hd cgs

What do you mean? i still play my playstation 2 (more than anything) and my xbox (and even my gamecube) for some of the games, but recently there hasn't been that many interesting games released, so im mostly playing next-generation titles
