News like this really ruins my day.
I'd love to play it, but I realize the chances of a localization are slim to none.
It's the gaming equivalent of a prick tease.
IGN couldn't be bothered to review it themselves.
They hired a freelancer.
I couldn't care less about DmC, but Ni no Kuni deserves every bit of it's commercial success.
Hopefully it will pave the way for more frequent JRPG localizations. There's evidently a market for them, regardless of what the "journos" have been telling us.
It's developed under the banner of Access Games, but the team is comprised entirely of ex-Cavia developers.
Namely Taro Yoko (who also directed Nier), producer Takamasa Shiba, character designer Kimihiko Fujisaka, and music composed by Keiichi Okabe.
Monty Python isn't a decent representation of British humour. It's getting on for 40 years old now.
Much as The Honeymooners isn't a decent representation of American humour.
My early childhood was consumed by reading this man's books.
There's only been one decent rap star orientated game, and that was Wu-Tang: Taste the Pain on the PSone.
Everything else has been beyond terrible.
Fantastic news.
Ah, the inevitable influx of late-in-the-day negative hit-seekers begins.
The game received near unanimous praise, so excuse me if I don't take the criticisms of an arbitrary fly-by-night site seriously.
Kotaku hardly has the right to take the moral high-ground when in comes to making shit up on the fly.
There's some irony here somewhere.
A figurative coconut to the person who spots it.
Edit - Thank you for further compounding my point.
N4G is primarily a site dedicated to gaming news. Out of the big 3, Sony has more news to report, ergo there are more Sony related high degree articles.
Sony has a bigger fanbase on this site for much the same reason.
Not sure why I'm bothering. This'll never get approved.
Edit - Scratch that.
Rainbow Moon would be my first guess.
Edit - On second thought, probably not. Rainbow Moon isn't part of a series.
Excellent news. The original is a fantastic title.
I wouldn't bank on a Xbox release though. Eastasiasoft are traditionally a Sony exclusive developer. At least console wise.
Bring it on.
Grow the hell up.
No sign of bias here.
Hilarious. An Xbox fanboy acting the victim.
Some people have incredibly short, selective memories.
I'd add Ryu from the Breath of Fire series to this list.
