I rarely am able to play games like this and NOT slip into totalitarianism. Or get bored and drop a hurricane in downtown for giggles -- after I save, of course.
So, another co-op shoot 'n' loot with almost nothing for endgame content? Yeah...
Still gotta wait for this one. My poor PC won't be able to keep up.
Agreed! Waiting for the confirmation of Kiwami 2 now.
The ship isn't the only thing out of this world. Check out that price tag.
That's good. Might have to "borrow" that.
Completely agree with dropping the insta-kill. It made the game less stealth focused in favor of action. Writing this up made me want to download Chaos Theory again. I might just do that.
Only thing frosting me are the cops. Sometimes they are easy to evade, other times not so much.
I have been hesitant on this one after I was disappointed by Conviction, but I might give this one a try.
My main gripe now (that can't be fixed) is the loss of ol' Mike Ironside. Hopefully the younger Sam Fisher isn't too distracting.
Great review, Mark!
You would think dual sticks would be the better idea, eh? I suppose developers could go the Dreamcast route and use the face buttons as a d-pad.
You're going to thank me when the zombie apocalypse comes and you find yourself surrounded in Hummers. You really think Tallahassee would be caught dead driving an automatic? You're out of it, dude.
Or we can all just learn using a car with a manual transmission and join the rest of the world. Just sayin'.
Aliens and super powers... yup...this series has definitely veered off in its own direction.
Turkeys on the go.
I really enjoyed playing the demo at E3. I'm hoping the final product will turn out well.
Game is so damn pretty.
I've actually heard about physical ability taking a role in modern-day voice acting. It was one of the reasons Ubisoft used to explain why it won't bring back Michael Ironside to voice Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell Blacklist. The younger voice actor, Eric Johnson, is more capable of motion capture.

As an old SEGA fan, I never would have imagined the day I'd see Sonic on a Nintendo console.
I also really miss the old console war. It was actually fun to be a part of. These days it's all about nitpicking over specification minutia.
I'd love a new Shinobi. That series has been left dormant for far too long. Of course, I'd gladly take a new Golden Axe or even an Altered Beast at this point.
