The Vita is worth owning solely for the fact that you can use it to remotely turn on the PS4 when you're in another room

There was even a point where you could access the PSN store via Vita remote play(internet) therefore you could download stuff on your PS3 even if your not home.
With digital though maybe you can boot your PS4 from the Vita even when you aren't home and then access any of your titles that are downloaded to the PS4.
- currently works like this with ps3/Vita remote play. You can remote access/play all your digital games, provided its supported, via the internet. otherwise you should have the disc in your ps3.
So with Ps4/Vita remote play the game is being projected on your TV and Vita screen simultaneously, unlike ps3 & Vita's remote play?
Maybe Bend's rumored project ends up being a PS4/Vita title...
That's why I'd rather Sony, particularly scea, take the initiative so that they could have several japanese only games localize.

Seriously though, I haven't experienced mine overheating yet although I heared once from a friend who has the 3g version who got ban error message that his 3g connection will close due to overheating.
From what I've gathered, playing the beta so far, you normally spawn near your other party members.... haven't really experienced anyone spawn killing me yet. :-)
I kinda like guacamelee's cross control support, something as simple as the map on the screen. makes getting 100% out of the areas easier. Haven't tried the feature with lbp2 nor sly racconn though...
Hate to be a pessimist although at this point I want to say that you can't really depend on western devs when it comes to handheld.(xept indies) Sony should be courting Japanese devs for more output when it comes to vita.

Well to be fair, you really won't notice any 'input' lag not unless you're actually the one playing.
I can't say I'm that happy with the announcements, considering that the biggest Games com Vita announcement turns out to be a port although some indie announcements got me excited.... what depresses me though is I'm currently playing KZ beta and wondering why the Vita still does not have an MGS game that looks this great...
