Even if they/them wanted to redesign the characters from scratch to address one of the main complaints about the game, Im assuming there are already multiple of those 'vignettes' produced and ready to go, which will have taken a considerable amount of time , effort and money to produce. Do those just get tossed aside?
Paying for the game is its only source of revenue though right? So how would making it free help out in any way?
Unless they made it F2P , but first did a complete overhaul of the characters the make them more sexually appealing and then launch lots of wildly different outfit options. That aint gonna happen, its gone, let go.
Even the bronze trophies will be ultra rare.

I read gaming news and watching channels on youtube but I only just learned this was digital only, what an absolute joke move by the publisher. It was on my backlog to play but there is zero chance I will pay for a digital version, i'll play it if it releases on PS+ for free. For sure im not the only sale they will have lost by this dumb decision.

I didn't buy any materia on normal so had only one copy of raise ... first boss was cleaning me up. Best to load up chapter 18 for easy access to a vending machine .. make sure to have 1 copies of raise and 2 HP plus for each character.
Im happy for the PC players who otherwise would not have had the chance to experience it, this game is magnificent.
I can wait the extra month, I had booked this week off work so would have been playing the full game tomorrow without the delay, my tears are yet to dry.
I hope lots of people buy this game but do not buy the pass nonsense.
Whaaaaaaaaaaat!? I loved this game so much, green beret is a legend DIS IS MOINE! .... many great memories. I used to just replay the first 2 levels as couldn't get out the first room in 'white death' as didn't know how to rotate camera haha. Hope they fix the bug where you couldn't get all the bonus book pieces and complete the medal collection.
Its reasons like this that I will very rarely buy a game a it launch, I'll buy in a couple of months when its cheaper and had many fixes/updates.
Wow, that is probably the best lineup for me in 5-6 years. I have enjoyed the first 2 games from each franchise these 2 games were definitely on my to buy list. Surprised to see darksiders up there less than a year after release but it means all 3 have been released for free now.
Caius from FF13-2 was cool, helped by his super cool VA.
None of the previous MW games had zombies, this is not news.
I would only come back for MW2R
Its too early to go back and replay the game, I've done everything it has to offer at this point. Will return for DLC or at least if there was a trophy for doing critical.
