Some of the reviews I've seen for this game have dinged it for crude humor. Really? Its like dinging GTA for violence.
Its quite possible to get out of hand for some people.
Yeah the whole thing just seemed to leave a ton of questions while not really giving a whole lot of info.
Im not sure Id call nintendo's move "safe". Their contraption is innovative and very different than anything else out there. The" safe" route would have been to do a console just like the others.
So... 2 comments saying that this is a good and fair score, but no approvals on the article? I hope this submission isn't bugged.
Well, at least the reporting feature works lol.
The reviews are all over the place for this one. I haven't personally had the chance to play it, but I suppose this is one of the major advantages to having a UK writing team :)
For some reason, the channels aren't showing correctly. Possible N4G error, I assume.
Yeah - It almost seemed like a totally mobile device.
I totally agree with the article. There is a lot of untapped potential that is just going to waste on most consoles.
Whoops. Lol fixed it.
I totally agree :)
Yeah just like Nintendo did with Virtual Boy. Totally understandable.
I can't wait to see more of skyrim. Perhaps game of the year would be a bit much this early, but if its what I hope it can be, it might have a chance.
Competition this year is so stiff though- so many great games are coming out that it'll be a tough call to make. I think regardless of the choice, theresgoing to be an incredible amount if argument and disagreement.
What I mean by "no competition" is exactly what you said: "Its neither fully a tablet nor fully next gen". There's nothing out there like it at all. Its a touch-screen with buttons, and has 100% focus on games. Unless MS or Sony develop something similar for their systems, it will remain unique, like the Wii was for a very long time.
Asking why the casual gamers would upgrade is pretty simple to answer - it's the system where the newest games wi...
Its cheap on steam and even cheaper on Onlive, last I checked.
I think so. I'd totally hire him.
First, let me say that I don't want to see video game companies getting hacked any more than the rest of you. If you're asking about motivation though, their reasons are likely no different than virus creators or even the people that run out onto a baseball field in the middle of a game - attention.
As has been said above in more derogatory terms, these techies likely have poor social lives. By doing things like this, they can utilize the knowledge they have to garn...
Take a look at how many people it helped.
I played that game for days on end
Growing up, 3D was epic for me. Just because some may have outgrown the humor doesn't mean we should risk taking the experience away from the next generation of gamers.
The Duke was written as an over-the-top, ego driven badass in the most unlikely situation. Reviewers are taking the game more seriously than it takes itself.
