Well I would imagine that the PS4 strategy wouldn't be the same as PS5 strategy. However, the PS5 strategy will be a culmination of the PS4 strategy with a lot a bit of current standards and risks....
Hmm this interests me, if its deep similar to Destiny then this is something I should strongly consider. The beauty of this game will be how smart you are to create the most efficient build based on your play style.

Too much Hype, just reveal it already, they gonna screw this up with all of this hype...usually ends in disappointment.
The PS5 will be showcased this year, usually in the past they would make the announcement at E3 where the whole world of gaming has their eyes looking. They would get the most exposure and the most media coverage. Then do smaller events post E3 showcasing a little more of what the console can and will do. Are you suggesting that they have a better alternative than that?

This is cool for the folks that like it. For me there are not enough buttons. The Xbox Elite 2 is good and would need a similar version from Sony as I prefer pro controllers. The customizations I make do a world of difference for me with my level of comfort. I wished Sony had something other than their current offerings....Not good enough.

So you are saying they could not still do that while having a presence at E3? Seems like they want to avoid the supposed pressure that comes with E3. Sounds like a weak sauce excuse.
don't set release dates if you are not sure when you will be finished...right?? Or did they do this just to create hype knowing full well it was not going to be released when "THEY" told us it will.
E3 to was always like the start of the fiscal year for games. There is a LOT of excitement for E3 because its all of the industry companies and developers. Sony can have their own conference sure, but.....why? The hype will not be the same as E3...just seems lame and corny on their part.
that is unfortunate, Sony is a much needed presence. I hope they reconsider in the future. E3 is the largest video games event in North America. Why do this??
I have both controllers, they are pretty good. The ONLY issue that I can say which is a pain with the Elite 2, is that sometimes the controller un-syncs with the console thus making it not able to power it on. I have to power on the consoel manually and re-sync it.
This has happened a number of times for the Elite 2 already since I purchased it. That is also indicative of the xbox one controllers, they tend to un-sync with the console from time to time and for no apparent ...
I know I said The Last of Us was number one of the decade, but number 2 would have to go to Demon Souls...it paved the way for that genre and brought classics like Dark Souls and the behemoth itself BloodBorne.

Part 2 has tremendous shoes to fill, however, Naughty Dog realizes this and I suspect that part 2 will be on its OWN and provide a separate and completely different experience from the first. I CANNOT WAIT for the next iteration.
