I still blame Sony. It's not as if the local distributor has the cash resources and sway to implement its own price cuts, so it is completely at the mercy of Sony. Also, Sony is being rather neglectful of emerging markets, something Microsoft has been very proactive about.
Rubbish. The dollar has been getting weaker. The Rand has been stable and strong for at least two years now. If your assertion is true, why isn't the local price for the 360 going up?
Is he playing the song (Freya? I'm not sure) on Hard or Expert? It looks like hard to me - best load up GH2 to check. Sure, he's good, but I know a few people who can already play GH2 that well. Now if he did Freebird or Psychobilly Freakout on expert, like that other 8-year old kid, I'd be impressed. But this is about as well as anyone who finished the Hard mode can play.
As far as I know, the actual evidence to support subliminal messaging is scant at best and not even close to conclusive or even suggestive.
The article is meant as a joke. Besides, if you rate a game's value to its hype and/or reviews, you are an idiot. Burn your console and trash your PC. The world needs less of your kind. If you love the game, dig it and tell your friends. If you hate the game - and you were dumb enough for taking the hype (probably because you are a wobbly-legged git) - that's your own problem. Love and hate GTA (and any game, for that matter), for what it is, not the image sold to you.
