Agreed this is definitely a good year for all companies I'm just glad to have so much variety.
this is great for all consoles they all sold extremely well.
The ps3s momentum picked up but apparently so did the wii's and xbox's so this is good.

The 360 looks incomplete when you compare it to the ps3.
The ps3 offers this and that all kinds of goodies it has all kinds of options things i care about and things that i dont care about but....
However as gaming machines i think they are equal simply because they both have great games and what it comes down to is the games.
Yeah the only game that looks remotely close in graphics quality to killzone and uncharted is gears of war but you know this is all opinions and there isnt too big of a difference between graphics.
The only game that displays some real beauty is Gran turismo but we still have yet to see it.
I dont see what the problem is with them saying that l4d2 is exclusive to xbox I mean you cant get it on any other console and the vast majority of console gamers will not pick this up on pc.

Both series are great ive played a couple of games from each franchise not all of them but enough to know that they are very different in spite of both being stealth games.
Both are great series and as it stands from what ive seen of conviction it has nothing to worry about it seems like its going to deliver an amazing experience.
it was a great game and with added multiplayer for what im hoping will be no more than 10 bucks it will be a nice treat

He definitely tries to cram as much as he can into his games from a gameplay perspective. He's got the whole rpg elements,great interaction with npcs the whole family thing was awesome this guy imo does innovate he falls a bit short on his ideas but damn it he's trying which more than i can say for other developers.
So im assuming what he played looked better than the demo we played cause while it looks nice it doesnt look as good as uc2 or killzone...
It has better art style but doesnt look better on the tech side.
