I read alot of "Sony took our rights away!" stuff being spewed on here by what I can only guess are the supporters of this kind of crap. How in the name of our dark lord, can you compare being told to sit in the back of the bus to removing the other os feature.
The thing that just kills me is this whole "we weren't in it for piracy" crap... So R4 cartridges and boot loaders, that is just a few bad eggs right? For every 1 guy that actually does it for homebre...
What I would just kill for is Sony, {sorry no 360 here.} to throw their weight behind new features and such. I mean this gen is awesome, just look at what we have so far this year and toward the end of 2011.... I want Sony to deliver the greatest handheld of all time, and give PSN some TLC..... PS2 classics..... Fine tune the dash..... Stuff the store full.... I know people are tired of it but cross game chat.... The PS3 could ride till 2013 easily.... Hell maybe 14..

Can you explain to me how you came to that? I am as big a fan of my PS3 as can be, but Warhawk earned my 60 bucks. In fact I would have paid more for Warhawk. Ninja Gaiden Sigma earned my 60 bucks. I would not pay 20 bucks for Lair. I guess I am in the minority, and I went through this game. I absolutely despised it. Seriously what did you like about this...

I love my PS3. I wanted this machine, because the franchises I love are on the PS3. I am happy with my purchase, and don't flinch at what I paid for it. Scream Halo, scream whatever. I will not buy another machine this generation. Seriously.

Zinc, while I respect your opinion and I respect what Microsoft is trying to do here. I think this is a very misleading and overused stat. Halo 2 has sold over 8 million copies. For a video game that is huge! But Microsoft wants to tout this one day total.
