Glad they kept the touchpad! Find it v handy for maps etc.
Does seem that Microsoft and Sony have tackled next gen in very different ways, don't think we able to judge until we see some multi platform games at launch. But I get the feeling there will be hardly any difference between the two, Microsoft probably having a ray tracing advantage and Sony a texture loading.
It likely for backend testing, I am sure lots of changes are happening you won't see for a while. Ps5 maybe
You missed nioh 2
Sony still have 1st party titles releasing on ps4, one just released on Friday to critical acclaim. There is no reason for them to dilute these releases/sales with ps5 news. Microsoft have no aaa 1st party titles releasing before series x so they will be focusing consumers attention elsewhere.
Good yes world class definitely not.
Manchester was a new studio who have not produced a title. I am sure the money is being saved to use elsewhere perhaps an aquistion.
Probably brexit related
The launch wasn't great but they also failed to deliver interesting content over the whole generation. They have also dropped the gen 18 months before the end as they did with last gen to focus on the nex box. Game pass is great but it is the move of an underdog and of interest because of its artificially low price.
Yep decided to skip until a good proper exclusive arrives.
Gamepass is no longer an advantage though now that PS Now has been revamped and reprice and the offering improved. It actually has more games that game pass.
Loving the game so far.
How can judge the story based on 2 hours of playtime.
Over 800 games
There are a fair few bugs in the game, clothes seem to blow in the wind even when indoors but in the weirdest way being the most jarring.
It happened at the end of last gen as well, every article seemed to be about Sony failing in some shape or form and predicting their demise.
Death stranding
Sekiro
Days gone
Resi 2
Concrete Genie
Was being sarcastic!
Think some of the lower reviews were a bit u fair and some of the reviewers had obviously not even played. the the game right though. Its definitely a solid 8, a great starting platform for a new franchise.
