The lag issues are mainly on PS3 and 360 and no they are not over exaggerated. I have been playing since Day Zero midnight and I have yet to see a match countdown timer by the time I spawn in most players are already in and ready can't tell u how many times I've joined then get immediately killed by an enemy coming around the corner.
