I've got a feeling they'll play up the 30th anniversary of Zelda when Zelda Wii U launches.
The fact that Metroid continues to get the boot is the real crime.
@ShadowKnight - I like this thought. It works for the character and the game. The rebooted Tomb Raider series would not have been the same if Lara didn't speak as much as she did.
And safer. Great article, Steph.
When playing the demo at E3 2015, visually it looked pretty good but this article focuses on the heart of the problem that I also felt at E3: the control. Though Nintendo has delayed two huge Wii U games, I trust that the finished product will prove to us that patience is a virtue.
@Foxtrot - I'm with you on the achievement idea. Keep it more Nintendo related.
However, one thing Nintendo needs to work on is a decent party application. I'm not a huge fan of the in-game communication d-pad (as utilized in Splatoon and Tri Force Heroes).
Fair article with some interesting suggestions. Article itself still needs to be polished. A few typos and grammatical errors.
I'll add this to my list to pick up then. Thanks!
Same author, too.
This is an unfortuante review for me. I have never played anything in this series before and though the trailers looked good, I might wait to see this drop in price before picking it up. I still intend to play it.
To then the other end of the spectrum with so much in Skyward Sword relying on the motion control. One could hope they learn to find the balance.
Why has no one suggested Reggie taking ownership of both?
I don't see that happening, but interesting read.
Clever article. Wouldn't mind seeing more singled out articles on secondary characters!
I appreciate the sense of humor Nintendo has with these events. They have fun and it shows. I thought the muppet stuff was clever and ultimately thought that was a secret hint of a Mario Puppet type game. But alas, I was reaching.
Gotta look good if you're in Hyrule...
I'm hoping the Ganondorf rumor gets squashed. I don't feel we've had a good Ganondorf story since The Wind Waker.
I didn't mind him in Twilight Princess, I just feel his appearance diminished Zant so fast.
This is definitely an interesting way to interpret the lore and mythology of the series paired with Hyrule Historia. It is a great fan perspective/interpretation.
This is another good idea. I think this is the site that suggested doing a series that is focusing on other characters while in the background Link, Zelda, and Ganon aren't seen. I think the reference was akin to what Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is doing for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Good read.
Those are some pretty neat ideas. We've looked into Zelda inspired wedding bands.
Spot on review. I think it was after the 3rd level I started to piece together what the plot of the story was and I kept fighting it in my mind because it's not what I wanted it to be. Unravel is the "Jurassic Bark" (Futurama, 2002) of the video game world.
