If it had PC support at launch I would have considered getting one over the quest 3. PSVR 2 has a more limited library than a PC so even as a PS5 owner it's a difficult decision, but not being tied to PS5 means I could get one for my PCVR library and use it on my PS5 for Resi 4/8, Gran Turismo and whatever exclusive comes out.
You can claim the 4 games are special cases but you are opening the doors and devaluing your console. If a new Banjo comes out then yeah it's going to be on Nintendo - isn't that a special case? You could claim any Bethesda or Activision game in a series previously on Playstation is a special case too.

Looks like it could be fun, though I'm not sure how to feel about it switching to third person. Cutscenes are cool but the appeal of "you're seeing this through Indiana Jones' eyes" is lost a bit when certain gameplay segments like rope swinging switch camera. It'd be nice if Xbox had VR support because that would be great for this game if it was fully first person

I love BOTW and have 120 hours in TOTK and had a good time the whole time. When you have a grasp on what you can do with ultrahand, recall and ascend the games puzzles are extremely easy, and moving forwards I would like them to rethink some of their design philosophy to make the overall experience better. I guess I'm a hater though
I don't want them to go back the old formula, I just want them to rethink things like the shrines and how free you are to climb and glide everywhere. The big open world where you can tackle the dungeons in any order is cool, but I'd like some heart pieces to be tied to side quests rather than "Rauru's blessing" shrines, and they've made the game so open ended it's nearly impossible to create a good smart puzzle.

As much as it's a laugh to dunk on the amount of last of us remasters, this does seem like a nice package for the money. New roguelike mode, behind the scenes extras and some insomniac museum tier stuff in playable cut content - this is what I'd like all rereleases to do
RE4 is remixed enough and has gameplay changes to justify being up there. Demon's Souls has no gameplay changes, only graphics and sound. 2020 had better games to nominate too.
