This is basically why I prefer sony-products.. while it's harder, you get straight access to hardware, so you're not at the mercy of someone else doing something to get the most out of your game.
It was already stated by Ewan Wells, that what they meant was 30% and 100% capacity, was that with the original, spu`s were only being used about 30 percent of the time at max, and in the second game, spus are working 100% of the time. So with optimization they can do more, but at least they now have spus doing their job all the time.

Hhg has never had ANY news, some opinions yes, but not news and especially nothing interesting that is true.

we have often been on the front line considering new technology, so I (barely) understand why this can be considered as a news..
The reason for this is that while its true, that only small fraction has the players needed for blu-ray discs, the fact remains that on most parts of Finland you get the discs on the shelves so late that the motivation for purchase has already passed, on top of that, my personal opinion is that while the resolution is big compared to dvd`s, blu-ray mo...

I was going to forget this game altogether, even though i have very capable pc (just not enjoying gaming with keyboard and mouse) but now it seems this is a must have game when it (eventually) comes to ps3!
It seems that some people are mixing this with ram or something else, while the memory in question is related to firmware upgrades and such.
Sony has been optimizing the size of firmware-updates since the ps3 rolled out, and apparently they have been able to cut its size quite a bit.
anyway, but making it get old faster isnt the way to go..especially asking money for it.
I consider myself as a casual gamer, so as soon as I got the first prestige in cod4, the game started to lose its taste.. Larger collection of guns and add-ons in cod5 could have made it worth buying by adding longevity.
Im confident that the game in question might be heavy rain. Even the concept-trailer was "immersive" and very "capable in storytelling" so maybe the full game is even better!
I downloaded the demo, and let me just say, that even being just a demo, I just cant get enough of it. Anyway, while pausing, I checked the map, zoomed out, and saw the whole map. So I knew the size of the map already.
It really is quite big though..

He Misses xdr, thinks ps3 has only 256mb memory, wrong amounts of cache on both consoles etc.
I will still compare this game to defiance..there's so many similarities.
While I loved defiance, after story missions it got boring really quick..there were also respawning enemies and "random" multiplayer encounters,and while entertaining at first, just got boring quick.
I loved destinys beta, but after these news, I'm waiting for a pricedrop/first dlc to see if bungie also drops the support like defiances devs or if it is indeed a excellent game.
