It's an interesting idea but at this point I'm more concerned with what kind of GAMES it offers. I'm happy I can bring it with me other places but if there's nothing interesting to play, who cares?
This article isn't shitting on it, it's raising concerns for people who invested on past Nintendo hardware and have been let down. It's not a terrible thing to be skeptical, the article doesn't refer to it as shitty, it just feels like more of the same for Nintendo. We'll see how it turns out but it makes perfect sense to wonder what's really in store for the system.
I'm going to have to back the support for couch co op. A lot of indie developers have picked up the slack in recent years but there isn't much of that component with the major consoles.
It's really good. I didn't even think about how inspired by FTL the devs were until a getting a good feel for how to play the game. Lots of management to deal with and random events that can take you from the greatest explorer ever to the deadest.
The fallout one was certainly depressing, same with system shock. My fondest memories of a game over screen was easily Resident Evil 2 when it initially came out on PlayStation. You'd get knocked to the ground and blood would splatter the camera as zombies bit your face.
I don't quite follow what you're saying here but I'm curious about how this game seems from your point of view? Genuinely I'm not trolling
That sounds really negative but the game does still look like a solid action game and the graphics are great.
This seems too expensive and similar to metal slug to demand that kind of money.
I liked the original game a bit but the mechanics were an issue. The biggest one being the levels not resetting so you could never really memorize or time your jumps which is essential to this kind of platformer. It made it more trial and error.
It's dense as hell to get into but the unique aspects to the factions and world building is so immersive. Totally worth sinking your life into for a while.
This seems like a lot of work for retro consoles but it's something I'd really like to try. I'm currently using one of the emulator retro consoles, which works better than people act, but once I pick up a toaster I'll look into this.
There's a lot of mythology behind this but it's not real. Also a cancelled 3DO title and sponsored by Crystal Pepsi, I believe. It's ridiculous.
Baseball stars and King of monsters are my number 6 and 7 for this list
That's exactly what I want plus it has the Serious Sam 3 melee kills, which hopefully won't wear out immediately like the mortal kombat X-ray moved or anything similar.
Yeah, but I think that hope got tacked on to the game, unfairly. It doesn't help that it has the reboot title of simply DOOM and not DOOM 4 or something, but I think modern audiences are tired of military shooter drivel and need some button mashers to remind them gaming can be fun again.
We did get the 15 minute video when the game was announced, and despite its slow pace it showed a lot of the over-the-top violence and action fans like me want out of the series. I honestly don't give a shit if it has crappy multiplayer, in DOOM my ultimate goal is to mow down hordes of creatures and gather some keys. I also don't need a direct recreation of the old titles, those are all still available and I'm interested in a modern take with classic silliness.
I've been in the market for a 32x and have always been curious about the port, actually.
So excited for this. Can't wait to sink a machete into my friends' heads.
I've had my fill of fallout 4 for the next millennia but robot crafting sounds amazing.
Great, it can run an update of a game that's been out for five years. At the very least at least we're seeing third party support.
