Exactly... MGS 5 will be the last MGS game I ever play. No Kojima no Metal Gear.

IMO if u have an XB1 you don't need to upgrade to the new console, but if you don't than the new version with a SSD is the way to go. That being said, needs and wants are different things and if you can afford to buy it and want it, then go for it.
I may have to pick this one up next year for Scalebound and Quantum Break.
At what point in this comparison video can you actually say one version is any better than the other. Both suffer very minor frame rate drops 1-2 frames in certain areas, but mostly stay at a stable 30 FPS. Avalanche did a good job releasing a solid game for either platform.
A stable FPS is far more important IMO. Story, gameplay, and art style are also more important IMO.
Well there will be other aspects, like controller preference, media functions, and online service preference. Plus games wise FPS, lighting, textures, and so on. Just because both will do 1080p on every game soon, doesn't mean every game will look and run the same.

I doubt Sony will have any problem moving PS4s from now until the end of the year. I don't see any signs of the sales gap closing at all.

If the comments in this thread are all true.... 5 people have a total of 16 XB1s.
Wii U has external hard drive support, PS4's HDD is super easy to upgrade and doesn't void the warranty, plus if they don't have it already I'm sure external hard drive support will be added at some point. But it's not an EXCLUSIVE feature to XB1.
Depending on pricing and reliability Sony Vue could end up being the best TV service available. Being able to choose what ever content and shows you want and only paying for them, instead of ridiculous cable or satellite packages... Could be a huge win for Sony and PS4, only time will tell.
And that's what it will take too, just like everyone that had a 360 bought more than one... Read above comments in this very thread... Some Xbox one owners already have more than one XB1, that's why a fan base of 35-45 million looks like a fan base of 70-80 million.

To be honest MS needs a bigger push in Europe than Sony does... I mean sales wise, PS4 is really killing XB1 in Europe.
How can you say they're not gonna be great games... You played them both already. horizon Zero Dawn looked pretty good at E3, and Mirror's Edge has a lot of people excited. But far to little has been seen from these games as of now. PS4 is still the best selling console this year, and has had a fair amount of exclusives already this year.
All benefit equally since they're available there. Plus it's a huge population so this is wins all around. How much this will increase sales for consoles remains to be seen.
Why are people still calling Tomb Raider exclusive... It's been announced for PC spring 2016, and PS4 holiday 2016... And I bet the PS4 version comes with additional content when it does come out.

How does being able to emulate Wii U games, make it more powerful than the PS4 or XB1... I won't say that it won't be more powerful but no specs are available to compare yet.
I can't see why people still complain about updates. Shouldn't we all be use to it by now. I mean ive been having to do updates for the better part of a decade now. I'm still wondering why anyone would buy the XB1S, when the far far superior XB1 Scorpio is out next year... And if your in the market for an XB1 that's the one to get.
