Annoying is right. I cannot stand bad production values. I wonder if an install would change the screen tearing? I don't think so but does anyone know about for sure?
When the screen tearing is that absolutely horrendous by firing a single shot you know the game's got problems.
Capcom contained it on RE5 for the 360, THQ could not.

You should always adjust the in game brightness\gamma settings and not your actual T.V. setting, FYI.
Your wrong about two things here. Ninja Gaiden 2 is one of the best games on the 360 and you didn't mention it. F$#k the critics.

Holy effin Killzone 2! Coming form a huge Gears fan the Unreal engine looks out dated when compared to Killzone 2's. The glorified blu ray player is looking pretty fine right now. I may have to stop watchin movies in it after all!

Yes the tie is fair. Leave it up to the player to decide. IMO screen tearing like that is just to much for me to handle.
