I think it looks pretty darned good. And yes, I saw the HD version of the game for the 360... It looked unbelievably sharp and clear. This was over Xbox live.
Of course Microsoft is going to act like the ps3 doesn't exist in their commercials.

But to me the graphics seem very bland and washed out in comparison to say, MAG.
