This Is really dumb.
How can you stop someone from putting their own peanut butter in their own jelly sandwhich? Sorry for being a noob but, why don't we just tell Apple not to bundle safari, or something like that. Yeah we know technically you can download firefox w/o IE thru ftp, but who really cares (and would do that?)
If the EU don't like windows, switch to apple or linux instead.
