Well, Sony has treated me very well. Call me a fanboy, but I see it as loyalty to a brand. Can't say that with Microsoft, they've been wishy-washy at best.
I'd say I can't wait, but really, I can wait...
Maybe this will be the first Xbox I own, but I kinda doubt it, unless they somehow blow me away.

This is going to sound terrible, but I never owned and Xbox and at the time I didn't have a PS3 or a decent gaming PC, all I had was a Wii. But Infinity Ward Ported COD4 to the Wii and that was my first experience with COD.
That whole campaign blew me away though, even if it didn't look as pretty as the other versions.
I do still think the aiming was great in the Wii version though, being able to point is way more like a mouse than using a stick to ai...
I know Sony's the publisher, which is why it's exclusive to PS3, but I can't help but think that they could reach a much wider audience having this game on Xbox, and I don't even own one, I only have a PS3. But I didn't buy my PS3 for shooters, and I know there a ton of Xbox players that play shooters almost exclusively.
Anyway, I'll definitely give it a shot soon. I know absolutely nothing about EVE but it looks like fun.

I need to retake FPS Game History 101 I suppose.
I guess I'm kinda of the fence about it. On one hand, it's not part of the story so why even include it? They could have easily have toned this down to let's say, someone getting robbed, or just some guys about to beat up another dude.
But on the other hand, if it meshes well with the atmosphere and maybe adds to the tone of that part of the game, then it might not be so bad.
Then again, you can compare it to Robert Downey Jr's famous line fro...
It seems like the original holds the most WTF moments. It sure was a fine game for it's time. :)
What about the Star Wars 1313 game that was being worked on? Was that not part of the EA deal?
Also, if The Force Unleashed III gets made, it better be leaps and bounds better than the first two, which were mediocre at best.

+1 to improved destructibility. I really want to see buildings coming down and streets caving into sewers and subway tracks.
How about they use frostbite for all it's worth. :)
I think it would be sweet if they had something like this. Maybe going even farther and making a TDM like Primal Carnage, but with the Frostbite engine.
It would be pretty awesome to slam around as a T-Rex, while the buildings and environment around you are crumbling. :D
I haven't played ShootMania in a long time! I'm definitely going to do that soon. Cause man, that game is FUN! I was always terrible at twitch shooters, still am, but at least the objective modes switch it up. Fun game is fun. Period.
I think I said this on the last Dishonored story here, I really need to play Dishonored. XD
I missed out on release but every time I see more of it, it really looks interesting. Might have to rectify that soon...
Then again, I never made it past wave 15 or so...

Wow, actually adding a way to beat the map is pretty neat! I kinda wish that was in there from the beginning. :D

I don't think a blockbuster needs great graphics at all. Minecraft begs to differ...
I gotta say that graphics aren't everything. Gameplay is #1, period. If a game is going for super realistic graphics I tend to think they're hiding sub-par gameplay, that or they have a budget through the roof.
It's funny how boxy both consoles went this time. They are even both two toned, but the PS4 does look quite a bit slimmer and it looks to have about the same footprint as the current slim PS3's.
Personally I think the PS4 is about 3 notches better looking than the XB1.
