This was the first publicized information coming direct from the publisher that we have seen, plus its being done in a funny manner which was our choice in publishing this information.

It's also not questioning the reality of it, it was done in this format since it was not quite clear what was being discussed through the twitter account at first. I just hope you all are enjoying to jabber coming from that twitter page cause so far it has been pretty rewarding.

It plays similarly to the first game War for Cybertron, but it definitely has more polish this time around. I got to finish Bumblebee's mission and it was a perfect amount to entice you to get the game.

I will be in the same boat as you since I also have to get myself to work but I'm now thoroughly looking forward to Vortex's mission to see what that offers.

Maybe this game will end my lack of summer gaming.

First off, Double Fine is localizing "The Double Fine Adventure" into several different languages seeing as backing for the project was indeed a world wide effort. However, when most people are talking about localizations they tend to be ignoring Europe as if it doesn't matter and when it comes to video games the only other language that anyone seems to pay any attention too is Japanese.

In that case I couldn't disagree more. There are various free lance lo...

For travel purposes I agree, that or allow the user to run straight from the start of the game instead of forcing you to find the shoes or bicycle. But to speed up the game like on an emulator to me seems to ruin the experience and take me away from the game.

How about the idea of having it re-released similarly how Halo: Combat Evolved was done by remaking the game over the original so one could enjoy it either in its original state or as a more modernized version such a complete 3DS, DS, or its Fire Red/Leaf Green counterparts? I honestly love the original experience for what it is but having that ability to switch would be impressive and an extra feature that could be worth having.

I haven't met any gamers that wanted games to go digital so hopefully it wont be for a while.

Exactly, all of us at adorkably truly value the complete package that is a physical game including the case, book, and disc. Any gamers who call themselves collectors should be concerned with rise of digital games because like you said rare games and any value that games possess would cease to exist.

@pozzle I'm not entirly sure if Nintendo owns the publishing rights to the entire series either. They may own it for any games that appear on the Wii though. Then again I only believe that because any announcments regarding Fatal Frame IIs Remake have come out of Nintendos mouth rather than Tecmos or anyone elses for that matter.

I definitely agree with you there, we have a way better chance of seeing Fatal Frame II make its way over to the US then we did with Fatal Frame IV. I was mostly just pointing out the reasons why I wouldn't be as heartbroken as I was with Fatal Frame IV if it didn't.

On a side note... would you recommend IV? I was thinking about picking it up soon.

I also would like to hear your thoughts on the beta for D3 as compared to the way D2 was played, since the system is vastly different.

Mawwdawg is completely right. Torchlight will be coming out at 20 dollars. The reason I had posted this article was mainly because the hype behind D3, while it is going to be part of the series we all grew to love, is not made by the people who made the originals as epic as they are. Don't get me wrong, I will be buying D3 and I will be buying Torchlight 2, I just hope that with a completely different team working on D3, the game still comes out with the same feel as it's predecessors...
