The game was fully completed when Activision cancelled it after the amount of delays. Sleeping Dogs is a sequel to the True Crime series.

Then Square Enix bought the publishing rights.

United Front Games closed down in 2016. No one knows who owns the Sleeping Dog IP.

? After the Activision Blizzard acquisition, Microsoft will own the True Crime IP.

Square Enix bought the publishing rights from Activision (True Crime), then the game was renamed to Sleeping Dogs.

Hopefully with Microsoft budget, True Crime will get rebooted.

Microsoft paid $7 billion for Bethesda, and $70 billion for Activision Blizzard. Anything is possible.

You do realise you can play PlayStation 1 and 2 games on Xbox consoles via Emulator(s).

Sony had no other option. The only way Sony could acquire Bungie is, if they kept Bungie independent and their games Multi platform.

With Microsoft they could make Activision Blizzard games exclusive to their ecosystem. Expect to see the next Crash Bandicoot, Spyro etc.. Exclusive to Xbox/PC.

Microsoft could even make Call of Duty exclusive to Xbox and PC if they wanted...

Creators Club games doesn't have Achievements or any other Xbox Live services. Anyone could publish their games on Creators Club section.

Creators Club games are seperate from Xbox games, it has its own store section.

After the Activision Blizzard Acquisition... Microsoft should make it 5 year cycle, instead of 4 year cycle for each Game Studios.

All Activision Blizzard games will be available on Game Pass this year.. Candy Crush, Warzone, and Call of Duty would literally print Millions per day for Microsoft after the acquisition this August/September.
