I think the problem is not the budget of the game but it is more about how much money they are going to spend on advertising... sometime the budget for advertising is bigger than the budget of the game...

system updates usually are small but I agree that most games these days has huge update size and that could be pain in the ass if you were just in mood to play and then you had to wait hours...

The Xbox one X is going to be the most powerful console on the market and this is coming from a Playstation player and most of all a gamer. I will go where the games that I like are and so far playstation has been that place. from what I have seen from Sony's Paris show I don't see the need to buy a new console right now. I will wait and see what games there are for xbox one x and how well they will run. I really want 60fps on consoles..

I have been playing horizon for some time now and I must say it is amazing but it has it flaws. especially When it comes to human enemy. when the enemy spots you it gets way too chaotic. so far it is 9/10 for me.
ahhmm ahmmm every freaking two second....
this time please emphasize on gameplay as much as the graphics etc... for me the biggest flaw of the game was there was to little gameplay and the slow walk in every dam section...
the camera moves a lot to left and right..Got a little dizzy hahah need to fix that..
Disc has only one disadvantage over digital.. That is we have to change disc to play another game..

As a gamer and a PS fan, this game going to be fun to play but don't expect it to be Good of War or Spider-Man..
like many said here it will be around the 7 or 7.5.. The game remind me a lot of Mad Max which I had fun playing.
Look at how sony been markting this game and you can tell they are not spending that much money on it and I think the game has been delayed twice.
