They confirmed that it wasnt a 3rd party battery and it was actually Sony's battery...damn, i feel bad
The battery was not a 3rd party...it was a Sony battery that came with the device. And the PSP was off. So acutally the little boy was not at fault. Soooo looks like a good law suit!!!
