Okay, let me first off saying that, I had just got off the chat with customer service on my issue with Call of duty advance warfare. Not only was I absolutely disgusted with Sony and how they choose to handle this situation, and really didn't offer me any help on this matter.
First, it all started when I heard about the Cross Buy deal with Call of Duty Advance Warfare on the Playstation Us Blog. It specifically stated that I would be allowed to access BOTH versions of the Game, so long as I preordered the game before November 3rd and on this same date, I was promised BOTH versions of the game to access on this date. Meaning, I'd be allowed access to the PS3 version AND also the PS4 version. Funny enough, that wasn't the case, let me continue.
I get on the store, around 12:30AM EST, I saw no option for me to access the PS4 version of this game. I get extremely annoyed at this point, because I paid for not only access to the PS3 version on November 3rd, but also the PS4 version that was promised to me, according to Sony and Activision.

Q: When I buy/redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Digital Base Game, Digital Pro Edition, or Season Pass for PS3 or PS4, how do I get the other version?
A: When you buy/redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Digital Base Game, Digital Pro Edition, or Season Pass for PS3 or PS4 by March 31st, 2015, you can download the other version from the PlayStation Store for free by doing the following:
Log into your console using the same Sony Entertainment Network Account (PSN ID) used to buy/redeem the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Digital Base Game or Season Pass.
Navigate to the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare content page for the version of the game you want to download.
Add the item to your cart and complete the transaction.
Wait for the download to complete.
Please Note: Season Pass content (which includes DLC 1, 2, 3 & 4) will only be available for full download once released.
Q: I already pre-ordered the game, am I still eligible for this promotion?
A: Absolutely! Simply follow the instructions in the first question above to access your content.
Q: Will pre-loading work for both versions? When can I access the free version of the game?
A: The game will pre-load for the console version you paid for. You can access the other version on November 3rd, 2014 by following the instructions in the first question.
Q: When does this offer expire?
A: For full game free upgrades, this offer expires on March 31st, 2015. This means that you must buy/redeem Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare digitally on or before this date to be eligible for the free upgrade. All DLC purchased for in-game use, including Season Pass, upgrades for free with no deadline.
I decided, to get on a representative from Sony to speak on this issue, because at this point I feel cheated and robbed. I'm very big on false advertisement, and I feel consumers in general take too much crap from these companies who promise to deliver on promises and FAIL to meet them.
Long story short, everything is posted in this print-screen I had with a representative, and really I'm just disappointed. Granted they didn't give a time frame of November 3rd 2014, meaning it could be from morning till night, but regardless, I could use that same argument and say, why wasn't I allowed to access my free copy that I was promised ?
Why was no solution met ? Wait a couple of hours ? Sony just failed big time on this. Maybe some people will feel I'm taking this too personal, but I paid for something YOU advertise, and really it was their job to deliver, they pretty much ruined my entire experience. I still love MY Ps4, but we as Gamers need to demand better from these companies. I can't keep shelling out money and you fail like this.
Especially when I thought I was getting a good deal, but I felt as if I should'v just went to Gamestop or bestbuy. No wonder people are so against Digital Gaming, I'm really going to lean towards Physical copies from this point forward. This is another Fail by Sony, once again I'm disappointed.

This is my biggest gripe with Sony, because they don't get it.. This is the part that fails the Most - Customer Service.
For one, it could be a whole lot better. Sony could learn a lot from Amazon.. Jeff Bezos the CEO of Amazon runs the company like a genius.
He understood that in-order to be number 1 and stay there the customer is always right. Even when there wrong, there right. Because you have to get Customer Service right. Or it comes back to bite you.
Sony is in a great position but it would be a lot better if they just understood this. You might take a little hit on trying to please everyone but that's fine because if you could see the bigger picture you would realize it's much better to have a happy consumer then one upset about something small. That consumer could end up spending $400 with your business or that one consumer could never spend with you again, or cut back on their spending with you. That hurts you.
Amazon is so good to me, I always think about buying stuff from them first before I think about getting it anywhere else, you can't buy that kind of support.

What should have happened is, "oh I'm sorry that didn't work out as intended let me go ahead and fix that for you now. I have added COD advance Warfare to your acct on PS4, so you now have the game on both systems, thank you for your continued support in Sony and I hope this fixes everything for you." --> that is the kind of Customer Service Sony need's to have.
Let's hope they get it, and improve everything about the store, especially Customer Service.
