I'm expecting it to land in the 80's on Meta, for me that's good enough to warrant the time investment.

80s would be great. I'm really curious how this first-time studio will do in releasing a full-size and good looking (based on the videos) game. We've heard a few big studios complaining about how difficult and costly it is to develop a AAA game in today's environment - how are these little guys able to pull it off?
How long do you think the game will be at release?

I'd say the first time studio part depends on how experienced the staff they hired are.

AAA dev is definitely difficult and expensive, but UE at least makes it easier (relatively) and more affordable.

They're able to pull it off (so far) because of the investment they have - they've got investors in the form of Gaijin & Tencent - and have deal money from Nvidia and Microsoft.

I'm not sure on length to be honest - they've stated 20 hours, but that could include side quests etc.

I've read atomic heart you can get 30 40 hours out. I look at everything when playing so games take me extra long. I put about 54in tlou2 and I know that ain't that damn long. 220 in star ocean 6. 250 dq11, over 150 cyberpunk. I try to get my money's worth. Atomic heart looks worth it. And if their saying 20 to 30. I'm getting 50 60

Madden 23 had a 4hr (is that right?) free trial. Had my fill in 2hrs.

I forgot about Shadow Warrior 3 might have to play that. Of course Atomic Heart, will definitely give that one a go.

Only thing I'm interested in playing on GP for this month is Atomic Heart & the demo of Wild Hearts. It's all about the "Hearts"

gamepass is off to a solid start in 2023. This is after we just got Monster Hunter: Rise, HiFi Rush, Plague Tale: Requiem, Chained Echoes, Crusader Kings 3 recently (amongst others). And now coming up we have: Atomic Heart, Wo Long, MLB The Show 23. Minecraft Legends and Redfall rounding out the next 3 months.

...and i got a discount on the Dead Space remake on top of it all.
