Actually the full name is Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable ga Tsuzuku Wake ga Nai. I just couldn't put all that in the title with a 100 character limit.

It is an extremely popular anime series in Japan so it is not surprising the game is that too as well. The first game did great numbers for being a visual novelesque game.
