GamesRadar:
Nintendo's purple square of a system didn't win the console generation from a sales standpoint, but at least it was the most unique-looking. The vibrant color and handle made it memorable to some, but it was obviously the games that we really loved about the GC.
A mix of first-party and third-party GameCube games should be available on Nintendo Switch 2's app.
The early 2000s was a crazy, weird time of defeating dystopias with karate, sending texts via Microsoft Excel, and ignoring your pets so you could look at jpegs of pets. As its adverts might have suggested, the PlayStation 2 was no stranger to getting a little bit freaky either.
..that article /list is only scratching on the surface of the weirdness on ps2. There are way more obscure games on that console.
I would go alone with SOME on this list but a few arent even exclusive.. in fact the PS2 version of GIANTS is an after-thought and considered bastardized compared to the PC version.
NE: "We go over several games originally made for the GameCube that deserve remasters and remakes on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2."
Luigi’s Mansion deserves a full blown expanded upon remake in my opinion. I’d like to see more rooms and post game content similar to the mirror mode but I’m unsure if Nintendo would even consider it.
Nah, Id much rather see new games. Just add Gamecube games to NSO.
They should have at least included Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader, Rebel Strike and Eternal Darkness in that list
Eternal Darkness should be up there unless it's mired in licensing problems.
Luigi's Mansion, bc 2 and 3 are there.
Metroid Prime 2
Star Fox Adventures & Assault
Warioworld
The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker is by far my fav GameCube game. The system has alot of great games for it, and equally great controllers
The Gamecube was underrated, It had such great games.
I approve of this list.
Baten Kaitos, Tales of Symphonia, Prince of Persia, Beyond Good and Evil, and Timesplitters 2 could have all easily made their way into this list.. shoulda made it a top 30 >_>
