Of course we all prefer Mario in the Super Mario Franchise or Snake in the Metal Gear games, but who amongst us has forgotten the unsung heroes of video gaming? I’m not talking about sidekicks; I’m talking about the underrated characters that aren’t even considered sidekicks since they’re usually background characters or ancillary to the point of uselessness.
