Sony's Play, Create, Share is not dead

PSU writes: "When LittleBigPlanet launched in 2008, Sony made a clear push for user-generated content with its Play, Create, Share campaign. Since then we’ve seen glimpses of other titles on PlayStation products carrying either the same slogan, or similar ideas of user-generated content."

i fully expect a LBP that u can build levels in a 3d space, this i think is the first step to doing that because thats pretty much what is being done just for racing and not platforming.

Well...3d space in kart racing and tm type battles. Who knows, its the LBP community, they make crazy things out of almost nothing.

Why does it even matter if most are lbp related for now or not ? Modnation did even get a chance on vita recently .

Why "upcoming", create and share is not dead even with existing games, like modnation, unreal, lbp, etc..

by the way, even with 1 game, it should be always more than your console of choice, who can't offer that kind of fabulous things.

i love how people seem to think that this "play,create,share" tagline is some sort of revolution in gaming that has never been done before lol.

its just user created content. Forza has it, and has for YEARS before sony came up with their cutesy little slogan. Halo had it years before sony did. many other games had it before sony did. hell, XNA is 1000000000000000 times as useful in the "play, create, share" sense as anything sony are doing.

"Play, create, share" is just a sony slogan. its nothing new or exciting.

The problem with your idea of User created content is that it was first in FPS games of the Dial-up Era i.e. Quake/Quake 2/Unreal Tournament99.
