Keep in mind that they have full right in their ToS. You never know what they find useful for marketing research.

That said, they probably won't. But simply unplugging the Kinect when not using it isn't so crazy.

exactly. i'm beginning to wonder whether this whole thing is actually being blown out of all proportions so that they can sell this. a bit like car window repair men who get people to break windows so that they can run at a profit
