Ian Fisher writes: Part of the many awesome games I saw at GDC last week, I kind of didn’t know what to expect from MK on the Vita. I knew that the game would offer the basics of Mortal Kombat action through bloody combat that involves people being ripped in two, but beyond that I didn’t know if the game would be yet another port that has no true soul or energy in it. In a lot of ways Mortal Kombat on the Vita provides the same MK experience gamers on the PS3 and Xbox 360 played last year but is that necessarily a bad thing?
