"2D fighting games seem to be making a massive comeback, mostly led by Street Fighter IVs arrival onto the scene a few years ago. Now it seems that there is a 2D fighter on every street corner just vying for your attention, which understandably makes it quite hard to get noticed amongst the crowds. Reality Fighters is Novarama’s attempt at getting in on the scene, however they have brought their Augmented Reality talents – previously honed on the Invizimals series for the PSP – to create a rather unique fighting game for the Vita’s launch lineup."
