Survival games are one of the most popular genres for consoles. With popular series such as The Walking Dead and box office hit The Road all depicting life in a post-apocalyptic world, the survival genre has received a real boost in recent years. I Am Alive is the latest game to be released into the genre on both the PlayStation Network and for XBLA.
